PBSJ “Genderless Doubles” Open Tournament in Support of ALS Society of NB/NS

What:
This tournament is open to all pickleball players in the zone 2 area. There are no assigned genders for this tournament: you can have a team of two women, two men, or a mixed team. All teams will play against each other.
Where and When:
The tournament will be held at Shamrock Park on June 12th. 7:30 a.m. is warm up, games will start promptly at 8:00 a.m.
Format:
This will be a simple round robin tournament all teams playing against each other. The three teams with the highest ranking after the round robin will be awarded gold/silver/bronze medals. In case of a tie, +/- average will be used to determine the winner.
Cost:
$20 per player
All net proceeds will be donated to the ALS Society of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. This organization lends out equipment at no cost that sustains and supports the health, independence and best quality of life for people in NB and NS who are living with ALS. http://alsnbns.ca/
